STIHL Inc. employs over 3,000 people nationwide, with over 2,700 employed at its manufacturing facility in Virginia Beach. STIHL Inc. manufactures approximately 80 models of handheld tools using U.S. and global materials. STIHL’s Virginia Beach facility includes 16 different assembly lines, on which approximately 275 different product variants are manufactured.
